Guided Solutions Wedding Expo Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Guided Solutions Wedding Expo Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Guided Solutions, Troy, Michigan (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees or representatives of Guided Solutions and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 18, 2026 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on October 18, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
Entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants may enter by scanning the QR code displayed at the Guided Solutions Wedding Expo booth and completing the online Sweepstakes entry form.
A valid email address is required to submit an entry so that the potential winner can be contacted.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Limit one entry per person.
Consent to receive marketing emails from Guided Solutions is optional and is not required to enter or win.
Entrants may choose to check the “Sign up for news and updates” box to receive the Couples Growth Vault, relationship resources, tips, news, and other communications from Guided Solutions.
Choosing to subscribe—or choosing not to subscribe—will not affect an entrant's eligibility or chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive their choice of one of the following:
Premarital Jumpstart
One private 90-minute couples session designed to help an engaged couple intentionally prepare for marriage, strengthen communication, explore expectations, and build connection.
OR
Marriage Connection Session
One private 90-minute couples session designed to help a married couple strengthen communication, connection, and their relationship.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize is $300.
The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
The prize is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Guided Solutions.
The winning couple is responsible for scheduling the session. The session is subject to Guided Solutions' scheduling availability and must be used within 12 months of the date the winner is notified.
Any portion of the prize not used within that period will be forfeited.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
The random drawing will take place on or about October 19, 2026.
Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the Sweepstakes entry form.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, the potential winner forfeits the prize and Guided Solutions may randomly select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Prize and Professional Services Conditions
Participation in this Sweepstakes or submission of an entry does not establish a counselor-client, therapist-client, or other professional relationship with Guided Solutions.
Winning the Sweepstakes also does not, by itself, establish such a relationship.
Before participating in any professional service, the winner and/or participating partner must complete any applicable intake, informed-consent, eligibility, or other requirements required by Guided Solutions.
The prize is limited to the single 90-minute session described in these Official Rules. Unless specifically stated otherwise, the prize does not include additional sessions, ongoing counseling, assessments, testing, travel expenses, or other services.
If professional, ethical, licensing, safety, or other circumstances make the selected service inappropriate for the winner, Guided Solutions reserves the right to provide a reasonably comparable alternative where appropriate and permitted by law.
9. Privacy and Email Communications
Personal information collected through the Sweepstakes entry form will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, conduct the drawing, and contact the potential winner.
Providing an email address for Sweepstakes administration does not require the entrant to subscribe to ongoing marketing communications.
Entrants who separately select the “Sign up for news and updates” option consent to receive emails from Guided Solutions, which may include the Couples Growth Vault, relationship resources, educational content, service information, news, and promotional communications.
Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
10. General Conditions
Guided Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated, submitted through improper means, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
Guided Solutions reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Sweepstakes if circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Guided Solutions is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or unsuccessful electronic entries or for technical problems that may prevent an entry from being properly submitted or received.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Guided Solutions and its representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally or ethically be waived.
12. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
