Guided Growth
A loving parent can set the foundation, pray, hope, encourage, and show up with everything they have.
But for many young women with ADHD and anxiety, love alone isn’t enough to help them thrive.
Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because your daughter needs tools, structure, coaching, and a calm, steady presence that parents shouldn’t have to carry alone.
You care deeply.
You’ve tried everything you know.
And you would do anything to see her succeed.
But now she needs support that goes beyond intention and affection.
She needs skills, accountability, and a guide who understands how her brain works and how to help her step into the adult she’s becoming.
That’s where I come in.
My role is to be the steady, supportive voice helping her grow into confidence, clarity, and responsibility, while strengthening the bond you share at home.
You provide the love.
I provide the coaching.
And together, we help her become the young woman God created her to be.
Is This You?
You may be invited to this work if:
Your child is overwhelmed by anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or school stress
You’re a parent walking on eggshells, unsure how to support your child or get them to talk to you
You need more than a quick fix, you’re ready for real, lasting change
You value faith-informed, family-centered support with a clear communication plan
ADHD Support for Young Adults Who Are Tired of the Struggle
If you’re a teen with ADHD, you’re probably exhausted.
Tired of hearing you’re “lazy” when you’re actually overwhelmed.
Tired of losing things, zoning out, forgetting to text back, and feeling like no one gets it. Tired of being the kid who’s “too much” — or not enough.
Maybe school feels like a trap. Or home feels like a war zone.
Maybe you want to do better — but you don’t know where to start.
I see you.
I work with teens just like you — teens who are creative, smart, funny, deep-feeling, and just need a new way forward.
I’ll help you build real tools for focus, frustration, emotional storms, and overwhelm. Not boring worksheets — but real strategies that work for your brain. You don’t have to fight your brain anymore. You can learn to work with it.
If you’re ready to stop spiraling and start feeling like yourself again, let’s talk.
ADHD doesn’t mean broken.
It means different.
And different can be powerful.
