I'm Kelley Yell, a licensed professional counselor, Gottman-trained couples therapist, communication expert, and ADHD specialist. I believe healthier relationships begin with feeling heard, understood, and emotionally safe. Whether I'm working with a couple rebuilding trust or an individual learning to navigate ADHD, my goal is the same: to help people communicate more effectively and create meaningful, lasting change.

Much of my work focuses on couples who feel stuck in recurring patterns of conflict, emotional distance, or misunderstanding. Using the Gottman Method and evidence-based relationship strategies, I help partners slow down, understand the patterns beneath their conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen communication. Many of the couples I see are also navigating ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or significant life transitions, which can add another layer of complexity to even the strongest relationships.

Alongside my couples work, I specialize in supporting women and teens (13+) with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits. As a neurodivergent woman raising neurodivergent children, I understand that executive functioning, emotional regulation, and communication are not just clinical concepts—they're part of everyday life. Together, we develop practical strategies that fit the way your brain works, helping you move from overwhelm and self-criticism toward greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I combine evidence-based counseling with real-life experience, helping clients develop skills they can actually use outside the therapy room. For those who desire it, I thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into the counseling process, honoring both your values and your unique story.

At Guided Solutions, you'll find a space where relationships are strengthened, communication becomes clearer, and lasting growth feels possible. Whether you're seeking support for your marriage, navigating ADHD, processing trauma through Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), or simply looking for a place to be understood, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

My counseling philosophy is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I believe in empowering you to trust your instincts, embrace your strengths, and create a life that reflects your true potential. Together, we’ll explore effective strategies, build resilience, and celebrate the small victories that make life truly meaningful.

When you work with me, you’ll find a compassionate, judgment-free space where you are heard, understood, and valued. My goal is to equip you with the tools and confidence to navigate life’s complexities with grace and resilience, whether you’re focusing on family, career, personal growth, or wellness.
