I’m Kelley, a licensed professional counselor, Christian, ADHD specialist, and communication expert. I am also a neurodivergent woman raising neurodivergent kids. Executive functioning, emotional regulation, and communication aren’t just things I study—they are realities I live, understand, and work with every day.
I specialize in supporting women (13+) with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or exhausted from trying to “do life” the way it seems to work for everyone else. Many of the women I work with are capable, insightful, and deeply faithful, yet still struggle with follow-through, emotional overload, time blindness, and the constant feeling of being “too much” or “not enough.”
My work focuses on executive functioning support, emotional regulation, and communication, taught in micro moments of change that fit real life. Together, we build skills that are unique to your brain, so you can move from surviving your days to living them with clarity, confidence, and compassion for yourself. I don’t believe ADHD is something you outgrow or overcome; it’s something you learn to live with wisely.
This same neurodiversity-informed lens is central to my work with couples. Many couples struggle not because they don’t love each other, but because their nervous systems, communication styles, and executive functioning needs are mismatched or misunderstood. As a Gottman-trained couples therapist, I help partners slow things down, make sense of their patterns, and learn how to communicate in ways that feel safe, respectful, and connecting, especially when ADHD, anxiety, or emotional reactivity are part of the relationship.
My approach blends evidence-based counseling, lived experience, and Christian wisdom. Faith is integrated thoughtfully and respectfully, honoring both your values and your nervous system. At Guided Solutions, you’ll find a warm, grounded space where your story is respected, your faith is honored, and your brain is not treated as a problem to fix, but a design to understand.
If you’re ready to stop fighting yourself, or each other, and start building a life and relationships that actually fit, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
