Young Adult & Parenting
On a limited basis, I offer therapy and coaching for young adults and their parents who are navigating emotional challenges, family conflict, or neurodivergence (including PDA and ADHD). This work is by invitation only to preserve the depth, safety, and attentiveness this type of care requires.
Is This You?
You may be invited to this work if:
Your child is overwhelmed by anxiety, emotional dysregulation, or school stress
You’re a parent walking on eggshells, unsure how to support your child or get them to talk to you
You need more than a quick fix — you’re ready for real, lasting change
You value faith-informed, family-centered support with a clear communication plan
If you’re a teen with ADHD, you’re probably exhausted.
Tired of hearing you’re ‘lazy’ when you’re actually overwhelmed.
Tired of losing things, zoning out, forgetting to text back, and feeling like no one gets it.
Tired of being the kid who’s ‘too much’ — or not enough.
Maybe school feels like a trap. Or home feels like a war zone.
Maybe you want to do better — but you don’t know where to start.
I see you.
I work with teens just like you — teens who are creative, smart, funny, deep-feeling, and just need a new way forward.
I’ll help you build real tools for focus, frustration, emotional storms, and overwhelm.
Not boring worksheets — but real strategies that work for your brain.
You don’t have to fight your brain anymore.
You can learn to work with it.
If you’re ready to stop spiraling and start feeling like yourself again, let’s talk.
ADHD doesn’t mean broken. It means different. And different can be powerful."
